Although I have no formal education, I have what I feel is just as important as schooling. I have multiple years of on the job training and feild experience. I am always open to courses and furthering my education, but lack of finances and time puts a damper on things. I am great with team building, mentoring, being a working manager. I am a lead by example kind of leader. And as far as putting it into words, I can show you better than I can tell you, lol.I give up..... it's over, done.
