Mr. Freeman has held Senior Management level positions at Bank of America, ITT, GMAC and GE Capital. Having served on acquisition teams of Bank of America, GMAC and having personally bought, built and sold several business, Mr. Freeman brings his extensive personal, corporate experience and expertise to the purchase and sale of middle market business interests. Mr. Freeman is a certified Valuator and Analyst and is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analyst.

Starting operations in 2008, NestWorth has originated more volume in its first 9 months of operations than its 2 closest competitors, combined, in their first full year of operation.Chief Operating OfficerLed day-to-day operation of NestWorth. Managed Wholesale Lending sales and operation for half of the US. Led a regional staff of 12 associates, 7 production centers an operation’s staff of 350 and 250 sales associates. Responsibilities included profit and loss, loan quality, sales, process, procedures, training and compliance. • Increased funded loan volume from $1.2 billion dollars in 1999 to $18.0 billion dollars in 2006. The Western Region was number 1 in volume, profit and loan quality for 9 straight years.• Improved closed loans per FTE from 5.6 in 1999 to 27.0 in 2007. Increased pull-through rate from 45% in 1999 to 78% in 2007.• Introduced an automated underwriting platform (Asset Wise Direct). Formed AWD Help Desk and hired AWD field trainers to augment technology training to the broker base.• Led the imaging platform initiative that enabled Homecomings to transition to a paperless environment. This enabled Homecomings to outsource various functions, reducing costs by $1.5 million per year and load balancing production volume among Production Centers, resulting in reduced turn times and increased throughput from origination to servicing.• Key member of Docs on Line Team, allowing brokers to draw closing documents directly from the Homecomings system and capturing funding data from the broker. This project reduced overhead in closing by over 20% and increased broker satisfaction by 10%. Over 55% of all loan documents were drawn by the broker base directly by the end of 2008.

Led a sales team of 2 sales managers and 45 account executives in 13 western states.Western Region was number 1for funded volume and profitability for 3 consecutive years.Implemented the use of call management software, which resulted in a 15% increase in sales.Introduced a balanced scorecard for Management and Sales Associates.
