Extensive background focusing on Technical Customer Support and Service, Engineering technology and Team Leadership and Management.Current role serves as Networking MVS platform Manager for the North American Centre of Competency (theatre) for Remote Technical Support on Cisco products. This multi-vendor (MVS) technical support Platform also provides delivery of support for IBM MVS Network Security partners including Juniper, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Fortinet, and a subset of Lenovo switches, across selected geographies. Arista support is on the roadmap for 2025. My team of approximately 27 Network Engineers work closely with global counterparts to drive best practices in the delivery of remote technical support to our clients in healthcare, financial, government, education, and communication industries.I previously served as Team Leader for the Networking MVS support team. Prior to that role, I lead the IBM Storage Technical Support Platform as their Team Leader, for technical support serving Canada and Caribbean countries. Responsibilities extended into Global team co-leadership with Bulgaria, Asia-Pacific and US geographies.Team Technical skill areas included Product Specialty with various IBM Disk Storage hardware and software technologies, Brocade Switches, Tape Storage, System Z Hardware and associated Storage Virtualization products.
