About Brent B

After working as Director of Catering at The Regency Club, an exclusive private dining club in L.A., I started and ran a successful business. In 2011 I sold the business and returned to hospitality with the opening of PM, a trendy, fine dining restaurant in the Brickell area of Miami. In 2014 I started as a Manager at La Scala, the iconic Beverly Hills restaurant. In early 2016 I started at Water Grill, a high volume, upscale concept, then in late 2017 I was offered a position at Grill Concepts’ upscale Daily Grill. I enjoyed working at Daily Grill but unfortunately the restaurant closed, and I transitioned to the prestigious Fairmont Century Plaza. After a year, I was offered an exciting opportunity at the Malibu Beach Inn, a member of The Leading Hotels of the World.Kind regards,Brent Bambic
