Led numerous international implementations of Hyperion EPM products including Planning and HFM. Teamed with clients to successfully lead numerous finance and operational transformation projects across multiple industries including transportation/logistics, utilities, consumer products, financial services, and manufacturing.

Opened a new consulting practice in the St. Louis market focused on providing professional services to local clients. Developed and closed opportunities in the market with a focus on CFO services such as record to report and plan to perform.

Led the implementation of multiple global enterprise performance management solutions in a variety of industries. Assisted with the development of the PROFIT methodology (Process Redesign Optimizing Finance Information Technology) as well as the CFO Portal. Performed multiple process improvement, activity-based costing, and system selection projects at a wide variety of banking and financial services clients.

As a management trainee I worked all over the bank including commercial lending, consumer lending, credit card operations, and performed special projects for the leadership team. My last project at the bank before returning to graduate school was working with a team from Arthur Andersen to help document procedures for all areas of the bank handling cash. This project sparked my interest in consulting and professional services.
