I am currently enrolled at Miami University where I am senior Finance major in the Farmer School of Business. Through my work experience and education I have developed a wide range of skills and a passion for business. While in high school I had an amazing experience working at a great local company, Romp’s Water Port. While working there I learned about the finances of a larger local company compared to my own. I was always in constant communication and collaboration with my manager, in order to solve problems and assist customers on a daily basis. This inspired me to go out and build something on my own. My friend and I started a small landscaping company called B&P, by going door to door in the summer and began to build a client base. B&P continued to rapidly grow and would eventually be completing multi-thousand dollar jobs. We were able to promote such rapid growth through strong customer relations, effective marketing, recommendations as well as our hard work ethic, efficiency, and business strategy. These years in high school created my passion for business, finance, and equipped me with many important skills to succeed. With this in mind, we put B&P on hold to pursue bigger goals. In the handling of our company's funds I decided to study Finance. As I began school, I took an interest in economics as its correlated with many of the topics I was studying in my finance classes and decided to add a minor in Economics. My learning experience at Miami University has further expanded my passion for business and taught me many valuable skills and concepts that will help me excel in my career.I enjoy playing golf and guitar, fishing, exploring the outdoors, listening to music, and the company of my family and friends.Interested parties or businesses can message me to connect, talk, advise, and collaborate!
