I developed strategic plans, trained and mentored staff, wrote proposals, carried out quality assurance, managed projects and carried out engineering analysis and reporting. I have extensive experience in Sanitary Sewer and Manhole Trenchless Rehabilitation. I develop rehabilitation plans, develop detailed designs, prepare tenders and provide contract administration. In my detailed design work I hire surveyors, analyze as-builts for constraints, design sewers, watermains, roads and develop plan and profile drawings. In contract admin, I prepare cost estimates, prepare tenders, liaise between contractors and municipal staff, train inspectors, and generally keep the construction moving along.

I also helped the Water Resources Group to inventory and assess the condition of stormwater management ponds. In contract admin, I prepared cost estimates, prepared tenders, liaised between contractors and municipal staff, trained inspectors, and generally kept the construction moving along.
