As a Relief Coordinator, I have over a decade of experience in disaster response, focusing on program design, emergency response, and partnership management. My achievements include leading significant relief efforts for Haiti's Hurricane Matthew, Dominica's Hurricane Maria, and the La Soufrière volcano eruption in Saint Vincent. I have also facilitated crucial partnership agreements and integrated social protection mechanisms into disaster response strategies. Currently, I am leading relief efforts in Saint Vincent, Grenada, and Jamaica for Hurricane Beryl. • Successfully completed a 3.5 Million (TTD) project that included:• Clearing and leveling of 25,000 square feet of land area,• Construction and outfitting of three(3) cabana-style shops;• Demolishing a burnt building;• Construction of enclosed garbage building ;• Paving and painting of car park;• Removing debris left from previous construction;

Highlights: • Successfully fostered relationships with outside interest groups including groups with a political allegiance to assist the Minister’s access to their contribution; • Contributed in speech writing and related research; • Provided expert advice as a specialist in programme management; • Maintained effective relationships with the other Ministers’ advisory team; identified and advised of any potential risks. • Coordinated two tracking polls to determine effectiveness and likability of the Minister as Member of Parliament for his constituency utilizing 25 enumerators.

Role: To Lead, supervise, train and empower 6 Local School Board Officers and 4 administrative support staff. Foster a team environment in which stakeholders enjoy high levels of service and employees are motivated to deliver top performance. Manage the continued improvement of customer service and internal operations of the Unit. Highlights: • Successfully coordinated the establishment and inauguration of thirty-nine (39) primary Local School Boards; • Planned and coordinated the design and delivery of training workshops for approximately 300 LSB members. • Streamlined the processing of the monthly payment of stipends to board members, which led to less than 5% errors and on time payment of stipends; • Oversaw the procurement and delivery of(1) conference table, (12) conference room chairs, and (1) filing cabinet to thirty-nine (39) Local School Boards, a grant of $10,000; • Oversaw an audit of the eight-four (84) LSB in Secondary Schools; • Led the designed and successful implementation of a CRM to properly monitor and evaluate the LSBs; • Trained team members strategic planning, project management, conflict resolution; innovative problem solving; and Microsoft Office Suite ; • Coordinated a Position Analysis exercise and process mapping of all major function carry out by the Unit. The results of these exercises were used to draft better-defined job description that assisted the HR Division in the reclassification of the positions within the Unit to a higher pay scale; • Resolved conflicts on LSB and provided guidance and clarification on the LSB Act; • Supervised the payment of stipends to approximately 1,100 board members; • Articulated and promoted the benefits of the LSB initiatives; the Unit and Ministry’s vision to various stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities:Provided technical and strategic assistance, support, research and policy formation in ICT governance, e-Business, ICT for Development. Represented the Ministry and iGovTT on several committees and workshops. Articulate and promoted the initiatives of Vision 2020 and the fastforward, the national ICT Plan.
