I test and develop CBD powder with industrial hemp. I balanced CBD powder for the highest CBD and legal THC concentrations. I test new methods and was able to increase concentration by 5%. I also increased the total yield of CBD powder while maintaining high CBD concentration.

I perform structural analysis of existing home roof systems to determine code compliance. I also identify structural issues in homes and find solutions in order to design on the home. I need to understand engineering principles to perform structural calculations to evaluate the adequacy of existing roof systems. Then I prepare structural review letters and drawings for permitting to local jurisdictions.

I plan, manage and control all project-related activities, including project management, quality control, timely delivery and cost control. I ensure resources are managed and deployed in order to meet project needs, whilst meeting the needs of the business.I lead various teams in delivering design and CAD projects to our clients in respective offices and ensure all team members are appropriately represented. I am the lead for three states NJ, NY, and PA. Which, includes 21 different offices. I also undertake sales and marketing related activities, e.g. organizing and providing quotations and marketing material as per requirements. I am required to demonstrate in-depth know-how during client interaction (verbal and written) to ensure smooth flow of technical and project information.

I design site plans for residential solar installation using the programs Cobblestone and Aurora. I ensure that there is enough electrical back-feed in order to power the design without disturbing the rest of the house.
