● Provide technical assistance to customers, for product questions and problems, from the point of quotation request through post shipment and installation● Provide insight to the commercial team in terms of technical responses and guidance on quotations● Research and initiate product solutions including new product models, derivatives, and customized products, to meet customer needs● Take a proactive and responsive approach to customer service● Management of small and medium customer maintenance contracts and report monthly technical support activity related to Key Maintenance Contracts● Provide Internal and External Training on Qualitrol Products● Contribute to product feature enhancements and process improvements● Manage issues using SalesForce and document all product selection and product specification choices● Supports R&D engineering in translating customer's needs into a manufacturable product● Assist in the Prequalification process with new customers, (presentations, testing, etc.)

● Direct use of telecommunications equipment for fiber loss, continuity, tracing, and other types of testing● Working closely with various partners to complete projects● Self-reliability, problem-solving, and troubleshooting while alone at testing sites● Achieving set goals and fulfilling client satisfaction with dependability

● Sales and technical training with a variety of clients● Independent management of Central/Upstate New York as a designated territory● Cooperation with partners, managers, and distributors to achieve common goals● Building relations with prospective clients and relationship building with current customers● Technical knowledge of a variety of equipment and their application
