Coming to the Insurance world I bring 30 years of Ford Automotive Dealer experience. I started at an entry level position and management and owners saw something in me and i was promoted to Service Advisor dealing direct with public and was contact person for client so communication quickly became a skill set i focused on and rose to the Highest rated customer service satisfaction person which again brought attention from leadership and was promoted to Service Department Director and was able to fully operate 50+ employees in a union workplace and during my automotive career was able to obtained the Highest level performance Awards for many, many years consecutive and built a very loyal customer base in which a believe was one of the most rewarding experience's for my personal growth as so many people fully trusted and respect me. As I have aged and began to have children my life goals changed as I started seeing a disconnection with my wife and children and internally came to the decision that working 65+ hours a week and many weekends and not being the husband or father that I wanted to be I choose my family over a 6 figure income as I had an absent father as a child and know that I didn't want my children to remember me as a stranger that wasn't always in a good mood. I resigned from the industry and began a personal journey to find out who I really was as a person and did a lot of self evaluation and personal reflection. I studied and obtained my Insurance License and applied and obtained many additional states and found that I am going to be self employed as a Broker and joined a network as to have access to all the resources i needed to become successful . Healthcare Solutions Team is the group i choose to join and have been so blessed to have 2 mentors and a support group of others to assist each of us to be successful and i haven't been happier than i currently am. I am very present, involved, engaged and supportive of my children. I have 2 girls, 13 and 9 and they are both very athletic and have competition in there blood as the oldest is almost 7 years into competition Softball and my youngest is riding horse and competes in Equestrian arena Skills and jumping and has been for past 2 years and owns her own horse and cares for him. My wife and I have reconnected and I am trying to be the Best Possible Version of myself and am so proud of myself to push thru the changes in my life and I am looking forward to what the future will bring.
