My name is Brent Dieckhoff and I am the founder and executive director of TEC21 (established 2009), an organization providing continuing education opportunities designed specifically to support teachers serving in Lutheran education. A graduate of Concordia University in Seward, Neb. in 1990, I later earned my Master of Arts in School Leadership from Baker University in Baldwin City, Kan. I have served in the Pacific Southwest, Missouri and Kansas districts in both administrative and teaching positions. In 2016, Concordia University, Nebraska welcomed me to establish TEC21's home office on its campus. I am grateful to be a ministry partner with CUNE as we work together to impact Lutheran education in significant ways.In 2009, I launched the TEC21 Workshop Program in the Kansas District in support of three teachers. This fall, in “Season 12”, TEC21 will have impacted hundreds of schools, thousands of teachers, and tens of thousands of students throughout the LCMS and six Lutheran schools in the Philippines. I believe in the power of the connected educator, life-long learning, and the importance of providing individualized support to classroom teachers as they strive to successfully facilitate student learning in today's technology enriched classrooms.
