The Midwest region grew over 20% year over year organically since 2011. I played an integral role on multiple team projects that were eventually adopted country-wide within AmTrust including an agency tiering project, profit sharing plans, sales manager bonus plans, and providing insight on our restaurant product including guidelines and marketing material. I was also responsible for working with underwriting to develop annual budgets and planning how to achieve those objectives. I planned and participated in numerous agent roadshows within the territory to announce new products and tell the AmTrust story. The Midwest territory includes Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan and Wisconsin and was approximately an 80 million dollar region. -
