I'm a reliable, honest and a well organized individual with a big heart. I like to enjoy a good balance of work, but yet make it a necessity to enjoy time with my family and travel. A 1993 graduate of Palmerton Area High School I started working with a local company atomizing aluminum powder working swing shifts. Pursuing more stable hours and better benefits program along with a 401k, I took a job with a large auto parts company in Allentown, PA until they closed in 2003. With 9/11 fresh on my mind I focused on what i could do to help and joined the Police Academy and after graduating in 2004 I joined the Department of Corrections and eventually The Department of Homeland Security. Working for Homeland security was limited to only part time with full time potential if I was willing to move to larger cities within the United States. I decided to stay local and work with an area machine shop and help out my brothers that have their own business's in flooring and construction and eventually starting my own business, Eckhart's Haul And Dump Service LLC. Still with thoughts of a career and retirement with a 401k, in August of 2019 I decided to take on a job as an Injection Mechanic with a water bottling company. I worked with them as a mechanic for over two years. In September 2021, I accepted a position as the Director of Maintenance at a Senior Living Center. I continue to focus on expanding my career, find that balance of career, family and travel and to work on my future and retirement.
