In addition to my role as a Web developer, my role demands that I can support other web developers on my team by code reviews and knowledge of the domain, both system knowledge and in law recruitment. I am responsible for implementing and integrating new features to both Apply4Law and AllHires as well as maintaining existing clients by working closely and advising account managers on matters relating to the systems. In addition to this I am responsible for the release process for both products. This requires me to be involved with all developments in process, working with other developers and their projects to allow seamless integration into the existing systems. Once developments are complete it is my role to organize a release window and execution plan for the release before implementing the release and rollout.
