I support the Operations group in a Level II role. I am responsible for handling technical issues on Windows Servers, Cisco network devices, and mainframes. Operations is a 24x7 group requiring quick resolution of issues, and very limited downtime. Some of my responsibilities include: process documentation, automating tasks using PowerShell, and administering SCOM 2007 R2 for 500+ servers.
