-Provide legal advice to officials within US Army OGC, OTJAG, & G/3/5/7 on national security and sensitive matters. -Assisted in development of US Army policy on use of publicly available information in the digital age.-Helped design and taught at US Army’s first-ever classified litigation course.

-Led and managed 49-person legal office supporting six major commands and 11k soldiers and dependents. -Provide expert legal advice and wise counsel on complex legal, regulatory and policy matters a cross all legal disciplines, including: administrative, civil, contract, fiscal, labor, litigation, and national security. -Personally advised multiple senior executive clients on a daily basis on sensitive and complex legal and policy matters.

-Served as senior prosecutor for special victim cases at Fort Liberty (formerly Fort Bragg).-Supervised and directed over 20 attorneys and 100 paralegals and criminal investigators, prosecuting crimes of sexual assault, child abuse and domestic violence.

-Built, managed and led a 9-person speciality prosecution team to litigate a complex, novel, and sensitive classified case. -Advised the Staff Judge Advocate and the command on all high profile military justice matters, including matters with extensive presidential, congressional and media attention.

-Led a geographically dispersed team of attorneys and paralegals conducting investigations, preparation and litigation of complex criminal cases.
