My goal is to help clients improve and maintain better movement and by extension better function. By expanding their understanding of postural hygiene, I strive to help them balance better work with better recovery in order to maximize health, and wellbeing. From pain to performance, the principles of human movement and form are the same. They are simple and broad, and impact every aspect of how we live. Starting with the basics of alignment and structure, I hope to empower as many people as possible to better understand and address their personal patterns of tension and restriction. Though I work on people by hand, I don’t really fix anything. I am a helping hand to those who are motivated to fix themselves. Moments of therapy last minute to hours, days maybe, but moments of insight and learning last a lifetime. The goal is to help people become more self sufficient, educated and motivated in their self care.
