With over 60 plan benefit packages in highly competitive marketspace, we continue to grow 2x faster than the marketplace.Prior to joining Blue Cross & Blue Shield, I was tasked with building a team, investing in operational capabilities, and launching a portfolio of Medicare products for SelectHealth and their parent company, Intermountain Healthcare. In addition to launching those successful products, I was provided the opportunity to launch into new markets (Idaho and Nevada) with key provider partnerships. Through our successful efforts, we generated over 1/2 billion of annual revenue within 5 years.At the beginning of my career, I worked with our beloved senior population to support them in making informed healthcare decisions. Shortly after my sales career launched, I was asked to run the Nevada Market for Humana. Upon my arrival we quickly established our products and distribution channels to ensure profitable growth. During my leadership, we operationalized an acquisition of Secure Horizons, a $185 million acquisition.When I am not busy with work or my growing family, I find myself seeking opportunities to give back as a chair for Community Nursing Services (CNS) to ensure our community has access to quality home and palliative care, regardless of their ability to pay. I also am privileged to serve on the board of the Political Action Committee of Cambia Health Solutions.
