I have been active in the residential construction industry since 1987, beginning my career as a new home consultant with Beazley Homes in Auckland. In the early 90s, I relocated to Christchurch and continued my role with Merritt Beazley until I founded Bos Construction Ltd in 1993. We collaborated with renowned architects like Sheppard & Rout, Sir Miles Warren, and Trengrove & Blunt. This venture ceased in the early 2000s due to restructuring and my relocation back to Christchurch.Following the Canterbury earthquakes in 2010, I co-established Executive Homes with two designers to contribute to the region’s residential rebuild. After the insurance claims were finalized in late 2018, Executive Homes closed, and I returned to Bos Construction Ltd, where I have been since.In 2024, I founded Bos Property Investment, to provide quality residential homes tailored to professional couples, families, and retirees, avoiding multi-unit and apartment projects.
