Brent Langille is a Strategic Director of Industry for RWDI who helps firms and governments manage waste, comply with regulations, produce detailed technical reports and adapt their monitoring approaches as their organizations grow. Combining a background in geoscience with diverse professional experience, Brent excels at helping our clients not only understand and solve waste management challenges but communicate with stakeholders, including the general public and regulators, about their work. In addition to delivering substantial value to clients, Brent plays important roles within RWDI, sharing technical insights with various project teams and mentoring fellow scientists.

• All aspects of management, including but not limited to fiscal year planning and budgeting, personnel performance mentoring and reviews, liaison with clients, regulatory agencies (MOE, MNR, TSSA), and the public, marketing a wide variety of sectors to expand business operations, as well as generation of proposals and reports. • Managed several detailed and technically changeling projects simultaneously including providing technical guidance to personnel such that work programs and budgets were adhered to, as well as liaisoned with clients and regulators for project status, where required.• Provided technical peer review on a wide verity project related reports for submission to clients and regulatory agencies.
