As part of the Career Skills Program within the Soldier For Life-Transition Assistance Program, I have been able to join the team at Subvrsive. While there I became their Interim Director of Knowledge Management (KM). In this role I established a KM program at Subvrsive and began the good work of assessing, documenting, establishing, and improving processes within this amazing team. While Subvrsive is on the path to becoming THE giant in innovative immersive solutions, I helped them build the foundations, systems, and processes that will enable greater, more efficient growth, better collaboration and communication, and streamlined knowledge sharing.

• Program manager and product developer that led a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, analysts, operators, budget analysts, academics, and computer scientists to deliver OTC's first ever Integrated Live-Virtual-Constructive Test Environment which integrated test technologies such as models and simulations, real time casualty assessment tools, and data collection tools.• Ensured all technology and test networks are compliant with the stringent DoD cybersecurity requirements. • Created KM Working Group responsible for designing solutions to enhance organization information flow and reduce staff administrative workload, enabling mission command, situational awareness, and senior executive intent throughout the organization. Developed and implemented a real-time visualization of budget data to enhance and support directorate planning and operations and an improved process to accurately and immediately visualize the operational test calendar to include technology support resources.• Created and led the OTC Innovation Working group that included government, contractor, academia, and industry leaders that explored new and cutting-edge technologies and their application to operational testing.

• Led cross functional team to assess processes and storage across the Academy, develop a migration plan and processes, develop necessary functional architecture, and migrate and transition the entire Academy from on premises server storage into Microsoft Azure cloud and Office 365. Successfully migrated 100TB of data and 200 processes of over 30 separate departments into the cloud.

• Instructor and Chief Information Officer for the Department of Systems Engineering. Planned, developed, and provided state-of-the-art instruction, with a focus on simulation for EM481 Systems Simulation and SE485 Combat Modeling. Mentored cadets in the development of leadership skills, moral and ethical values, and service to the Nation. Developed junior faculty and the departmental staff to provide excellent support to Department and Academy operations.• Built and explored applications of Innovation Lab within the Department of Systems Engineering using virtual/augmented/extended reality tools to incorporate into a state-of-the-art curriculum.

Bagram District, Parwan, Afghanistan

• Technology integrator and Knowledge Management Officer responsible for the architecture, integration, and management of the over ten Army situational awareness technologies to provide the right information to the right decision makers at the right time while creating the correct conditions for new knowledge to be created, shared, and stored, adding meaning to relevant information through progressive application of higher level complex cognitive methods. Created a common operating picture in a forward combat operations center by organizing, collating, plotting and visualizing staff filtered and analyzed information to provide situational understanding to executive leadership. Leveraged people, processes, and technology to facilitate evaluation of gathered information to convert into usable knowledge for C-staff, subordinate staffs, and enterprise decision makers. • Managed and facilitated the usage of three DoD networks (including networks classified SECRET) in a forward combat regional headquarters, developing efficient processes to capably create, share, and store data, information and knowledge.• Analyzed and solved problems across the C-staff and the Coalition Joint Task Force (CJTF) by incorporating stakeholders and clients, analyzing current processes, and developing integrated solutions using applicable technology tools and partnering in enterprise-wide operations and logistics.
