My Responsibilities include running an automatic printing press, in which I perform set up, printing, and maintenance on the machine. My other duties include shipping and receiving, where I conduct a pre-print shirt count, (for an order) after-print shirt confirmation, then either delivering the order or shipping via UPS. I interact frequently with customers, and other employees to make tasks run smoothly.

My responsibilities include monitoring live telephone interviews, and completing spot monitors and evaluation forms for interviewers in all six rooms. I interact with Interviewer Coordinators and Interviewer Assistants on a routine basis.

An online discount brokerage firm, and was responsible for taking inbound calls from Legacy TD Waterhouse clients to assist them with their accounts. I tried to better their experience with TD Ameritrade, due to the acquisition by Ameritrade. While at TD Ameritrade I was trained for IRAs, cash management services (CMS), and various computer programs. I have been recognized by my manager for being able to learn the computer programs in a speedy manor, as well as instructing my fellow team mates how to use the programs.

Responsible for mail deliveries, as well as accountable mail (certified letters, registered mail, express mail). Routinely interact with customers. I have had perfect attendance and if on-call I always answer my phone to go to work. Have been recognized as one of the fastest, accurate carriers in Fremont.
