At CRB, I touched hundreds of millions of dollars' worth of sophisticated life sciences and ATMP research and production facilities, serving the full range of clients from startups, to universities, to pharmaceutical and biotech giants. The roles I performed on these projects spanned from conceptual design to technical detailing, lab planning, and construction administration.

At Crawford, I collaborated on design, architectural detailing, and construction administration for almost $200 million dollars' worth of high profile projects, including the Minnesota Vikings HQ and TCO Performance Center and Sports Medicine Clinic at Viking Lakes. I developed an approach to integrate virtual reality into our architectural visualization workflow, enabling early analysis of design concepts and facilitating client understanding and approval of design intent. I also introduced GIS tools and techniques to the firm's toolset, enabling Crawford to use economic and demographic data along with estimated travel times to analyze a range of potential stadium sites at the request of the State of Hawaii. This analysis enabled the firm to deliver a confident recommendation to the client for the site that will ultimately become the New Aloha Stadium Entertainment District.

At PGAV, I worked on over $100m of projects for regional clients in the K-12, higher education, and civic spaces. I was involved in all phases on the design and construction of the Blue Valley Hilltop Campus, a $15m renovation and addition for the Blue Valley School District. As a member of firm's BIM management team, I aided in the successful implementation and utilization of building information modeling techniques on dozens of projects, and managed the regular deployment of BIM software updates. Other projects of note include the Tuxedo Grill restaurant and Koala Flats exhibit for the Kansas City Zoo, and the Lenexa Civic Center for the City of Lenexa. I produced marketing and proposal materials and updated and redesigned our corporate RFP/RFQ response package template to provide a more up-to-date, polished look and feel.In addition to design duties, I managed a Windows network environment of virtualized servers (VMWare ESXi) and 30+ workstations, administrated Exchange and Active Directory for local office, managed software deployment and licensing, and handled day-to-day helpdesk needs. I managed a smooth and successful transition from the firm's outdated Nortel phone system to a modern Avaya IP Office VoIP system, and orchestrated a successful office move, including server room design, physical and logical design of the new office network, selection and procurement of audiovisual equipment. In the process, I collaborated with building management, contractors, and ownership to minimize planned downtime and maintain seamless business continuity during the move.

Worked on projects for clients in K-12, higher education, and civic markets, including a major renovation and addition at Westridge Middle School for the Shawnee Mission School District and a branch library for New Orleans Public Library. Reviewed and prepared architectural documentation for EPACT tax credits. Aided in production of marketing materials and RFQ response packages.

Managed information technology systems and provided technical support to Deepwater Horizon oil spill cleanup personnel by deploying and managing mobile workstations used by over 300 employees. Administrated Active Directory and handled day-to-day helpdesk and IT operations.

Assisted on design and documentation for renovations and new construction of high-end private residences, an artisanal manufacturing facility, and other unusual and unique project types.

Managed materials and specifications libraries and digitized an archive of hand-drawn construction documents dated back to the 1970s.
