• Augmented MES software by developing dozens of new types of process steps affecting various MES, OEE, and shop floor activities (recipe management, track & trace, material consumption, TAKT & downtime tracking, etc.). Created communication modules for hardware devices and third-party systems - scales, torque controllers, end-of-line tests, etc.• Designed and created the Manufacturing Execution Monitor (MEM), a platform enabling users to create their own display boards and interactive HMI & SCADA solutions.• Created workcell-specific operator training system, ensuring that individual shop floor operators are notified and acknowledge changes to shop floor processes, recipe management, etc. before performing affected work processes.• Improved product performance and scalability, improved customer satisfaction, reduced resource usage, cut downtime, and added data security (encryption) by overhauling the backend processes of the company's ETL/Data Warehouse product.• Enabled cost reduction for the customer and improved satisfaction scores by building out a new production scheduling system, which allowed a Tier 1 JIS/JIT plant to utilize batch production techniques on their assembly lines.• Developed ERP communication modules enabling data exchange with many ERP systems via automated imports, exports, and web services.
