These campaigns for Unilever were adapted across multiple retailers and consumer origins winning media, agency and retailer awards and recognition.August 2007 committed to execute tasting events at H-E-B by leveraging staffing insights, client services and data delivery, and themed events. Set growth records annually through the creation of PMG Tastings in 2017.In 2017, we implemented the Entrepreneurial Operating System across both companies increasing staff accountability, clear and timely communications, client service and revenue growth, and overall efficiencies. Successfully sold PMG Tastings to Pourtastic Tastings LLC to transition into assisting small and medium size business owners with branding and sales. Retained the Cart Wrap and themed program products which were transferred to PMG Retail & Entertainment.PMG Tastings was spun off from PMG Retail & Entertainment as a separate company focused on the promotion and sampling of alcohol to consumers at retail. In total, PMG Tastings (along with PMG Retail & Entertainment) has executed over 133,000 tasting events in less than 15 years with a 98.1% execution as scheduled.In 2019, created and secured design patent and trademark in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and China for Cart Wrap. An innovative mobile branding option at retail because consumers expect more from Brands today. It provides a memorable disruption during a shopping experience and reinforces the consumers' purchase decision.Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, retailers shuttered their in-store tasting events necessitating the elevating of our themed programs making point-of-sale materials and digital versions available to consumers shopping the Beer & Wine Department. Over 500,000 POS materials were distributed in unique holders and almost 1.3 million digital views shared.Cart Wrap was successfully launched this past Fall and recognized in the national publication Progressive Grocer.

Developed and sold senior, youth, military and non-traditional programming involving ticket consignment, couponing and event development. Coordinated Busch Entertainment Corporation’s hosting of IronKids Triathlon at park. Delivered minimum of 120% of sales quota annually.

Coordinated and executed the second phase of “Big Splash Tour” in 34 cities. Oversaw various elements associated with grand opening of SeaWorld of Texas. Liaison between Group Sales representatives, their clients and departments involved in delivering in-park events sold. Promoted to supervisor of department.

Supported and implemented Group Sales representative programs. Promoted to supervisor to manage GSA schedules and assignment to maximize execution and gain efficiencies.

Worked at SeaWorld's downtown Preview Center across from the Alamo. Informed guests that Sea World of Texas would be opening in San Antonio May 1988. Rotating roles of greeting guests, presenting park elements in the model room, gift shop merchandiser, and appearing as or escorting characters. Represented SeaWorld at numerous special and public events and speaking engagements.
