I am a creative and dedicated individual with excellent communication and leadership skills. Regardless of the different challenges I faced in various work organizations and the different roles assigned during these years, I always find a way not to let difficulties and challenges get in my way and to seek opportunities further.My journey spans 16 years of experience in various F&B, retail industry, and corporate services, with roles ranging from host, waiter, crew, retail sales executive, customer service representative, and supervisor, to marketing executive. Through these diverse roles, such as designing a store advertisement on a weekly attractive promotion, I have discovered a passion guiding my future career aspirations.During my time at Shatec, I had the opportunity to complete a mentorship at Sofitel Singapore City Centre. It was a great chance to explore, discover, and connect with a department to learn the various roles in the hotel industry.Following my graduation from Shatec, I completed an apprenticeship at The Summerhouse. Working with my manager to organize wedding events, connect with guests, and accommodate guest requests, I enjoyed the experience greatly. Over these 7 months, I discovered my passion for events management and aspired to improve my skills for future success.Remaining optimistic, I continued my education, eventually completing my final semester at SIM, University of Stirling, in Events Management and Marketing. With close to 3 years of experience in business and marketing, I am the founder of Brand Builder Talents, my own company focusing on personal and employer branding.
