As the Head of Portfolio Management at AkzoNobel, I am driving the process for selecting the right initiatives and monitoring and manage if we execute the selected initiative with success. Before heading the Portfolio management role, was I responsible for the Project Delivery organization / PMO, where I led and coached teams of internal and external project and program managers to deliver strategic initiatives across the organization. With over 20 years of experience in the IT sector, I have a strong background in managing complex and diverse portfolios in HR, IT, Finance, Pricing, Marketing, and Sales.I have successfully applied my Agile, MSP, and PRINCE2 skills and certifications to ensure high-quality delivery, alignment, and governance of multiple projects and programs. I also have a Master's degree in Implementation and Change Management, which enables me to facilitate and support organizational transformation and innovation.
