As a key member of the Office of the CTO at Consensys, I successfully developed and managed CI/CD pipelines for deploying and maintaining Ethereum-based networks, including the L2 network Linea and Gnosis Safe on the Palm network. I provided strategic guidance and engineering expertise on DevOps best practices to globally distributed development teams, utilizing tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab, Terraform, Ansible, Prometheus, and Grafana to enhance product reliability and increase developer velocity. Additionally, I collaborated with Consensys partner companies to develop and deploy applications on our platforms and products. More recently, I have driven the adoption of emerging AI technologies to create an AI-native culture within the company. I participate in the evaluation, selection, and integration of AI products, develop innovative generative AI solutions, and onboard developers to AI tools and platforms, including those from OpenAI, Azure, and AWS.

In my role as a Principal DevOps Engineer 2 at Spectrum, I led a team of DevOps Engineers in providing technical guidance on cloud architectures, Kubernetes, and container best-practices to cross-organizational development teams. I implemented CI/CD processes using GitLab for deploying streaming IP video services (Spectrum app components), focusing on automation, safety and security. Additionally, I designed and built scalable infrastructures in AWS using Terraform, successfully migrating critical microservices from bare metal to cloud without incident.

As a Sr Lead Architect at CenturyLink in Littleton, Colorado, I was responsible for directing and coordinating significant activities to complete complex application development projects. I performed detailed vendor management, engineering work, and supported quality assurance testing of new products and technologies. Additionally, I was in charge of designing and certifying complex integrated solutions, utilizing analyzer equipment to evaluate and conduct different types of tests.

As a Senior Engineer at Comcast, I developed innovative systems using HTML, Perl, jQuery, Node.js, and Linux (LAMP stack) to enhance network monitoring and deployment processes. I created a trouble management system to monitor customer services and raise alarms when thresholds were exceeded. Additionally, I developed provisioning systems for BroadWorks web server and ADTRAN CPE to streamline network validation testing for new deployments. I also worked closely with Product Engineering and vendors to implement new products and services, contributing to the success of commercial accounts and new IMS deployments.

As an Engineering Operations Manager, I led a team of Central Office and Field Engineers to effectively prioritize and resolve customer issues, resulting in a 20% decrease in Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and a 15% increase in customer satisfaction. I scaled operations to support rapid company growth by optimizing workflows and maintaining optimal inventory levels, ensuring efficient customer installations. Additionally, I trained Sales Engineers on new network devices and services, enhancing their ability to deliver seamless customer experiences. My efforts improved cross-departmental collaboration and contributed to a smoother installation process and better service delivery.
