Recruit, hire, train & develop staff and volunteer ministry leaders, raise and manage funds for ministry in the area, and model FCA.

STRIVE Mentoring is a program connecting Stillwater Area High School students with adults from the community who will engage with and encourage them during these key years of their young life. Research shows that students who have trustworthy relationships with adults who are not their parents or teachers are beneficial for teenagers in many ways.

Assist on contract-basis nonprofits and fundraising companies on direct marketing strategy & implementation, business development and capacity building. Current clients include The Salvation Army--Northern Division, The Salvation Army--Booth Brown House, and Summit Marketing--a direct marketing firm serving The Salvation Army across the United States.
