Managing a 24/7 maintenance department which is responsible to maintain, diagnose and repair all mechanical, electrical and structural components along with the 200 HP boiler of a 285,000 sq. foot production facility; participates in creating and implementing an innovative preventive maintenance program that is now successfully active in four additional plants; member of the Safety Committee that works to identify and mitigate potential hazards, coordinates capital projects and collaborates with other management to achieve production and budgetary goals.

Supervises the timely production of quality products; strives to reduce set-up times and eliminate waste all while ensuring the safety of employees, machinery and the facility.

Maintain, diagnose and repair machinery and equipment, manages maintenance department inventory; collaborates with management to achieve production goals.
