Tryclone Therapeutics Inc. is biotechnology company with a focus on development of antibody therapeutics to treat COVID-19. With the current pandemic crisis, there is a pressing need to develop novel, targeted therapeutic strategies to both save lives and allow the world economy to recover. My background training as an MD with certification in Pediatrics, Hematology in combination with a PhD focused on antibody and cellular therapeutics for cancer provides me with a unique opportunity to redirect ongoing projects in my biotechnology company toward developing anti-COVID therapies. I am seeking those with venture capital to assist in driving the first phase of a feasible development plan and also individuals with relevant skills sets in testing antibody therapeutics in appropriate models.

Co-ordinate and supervise technicians and post-doctoral research fellows in the NK cell immunotherapy group within the Keating laboratory. Projects include cellular and antibody based immunotherapy for leukemia, multiple myeloma and ovarian cancer.

Conduct research involving targeting leukemic stem cells by antibody dependent cell mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC) and reverse-ADCC. Supervise technicians and postdoctoral fellows in the NK cell immunotherapy group within the Keating laboratory on related cellular and antibody approaches to treat leukemia, multiple myeloma and ovarian cancer.
