• Design new contract sprinkler systems using AutoCAD 2012 and HydraCAD v51 in both 2D and 3D formats for the following types of construction;• Single and Multiple Level Professional Offices• Low-Rise and High-Rise Residential Condominiums- Single and Multiple Family Dwellings• Fire Pump and Valve Rooms• Churches and Worship Centers• Existing Structure Retrofits• Steel Industrial Buildings• Perform hydraulic calculations on fire protection systems to prove that all pipe sizes and components work together adequately with provided water supply.• Compile fabrication and material lists for projects.• Manage projects between owners, engineers, contractors and field foremen.• Responsible for putting together submittal packages for approval by local authorities having jurisdiction and project engineers.

• Schedule re-occurring monthly inspections on a daily basis for up to 12 inspectors in both Sprinkler and A&D inspection departments.• Manage each job in both departments from initial booking to billing.
