The result was revenue of $180 million and operating income of $32 million.• Turned Cyanotech from a $17 million bulk ingredients supplier into a $33 million consumer products company with 50% market share nationally on both of their products in the natural products retail channel and distribution in 56% of Costco's US warehouses.• Increased Van de Kamp's revenue 53% and moved the brand from a distant #3 to #1 in frozen seafood• Developed a disposable diaper business strategy at Weyerhaeuser that led to sustainable annual revenue and operating income increases of 35% and 63%, respectively.He has had the good fortune to have studied under Peter Drucker and been mentored by John Wooden. In addition, he has served as a board member of public, private and non-profit organizations, worked for Procter & Gamble, Frito-Lay and Del Monte Foods as well as being involved in a healthcare start-up. His background includes six completed acquisitions and the evaluation of eight others plus an IPO. He holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA from Claremont McKenna College.
