The result was revenue of $180 million and operating income of $32 million.• Turned Cyanotech from a $17 million bulk ingredients supplier into a $33 million consumer products company with 50% market share nationally on both of their products in the natural products retail channel and distribution in 56% of Costco's US warehouses.• Increased Van de Kamp's revenue 53% and moved the brand from a distant #3 to #1 in frozen seafood• Developed a disposable diaper business strategy at Weyerhaeuser that led to sustainable annual revenue and operating income increases of 35% and 63%, respectively.He has had the good fortune to have studied under Peter Drucker and been mentored by John Wooden.
