I began my path in litigation support as a shift leader on a production floor. Over the last two decades, I have developed many skills that support my current positions. I began my training in the field of electronic discovery, computer forensics, and legal database management in 2001. As the Chief Operating Officer at Elite Discovery, I am responsible for the overall process development for all operations and I oversee their implementation within our daily workflow. I am also responsible for the training of all management staff as well as all digital reproduction and electronic discovery personnel. I have worked and implemented processes around our managed eDiscovery services and managed document review service. I also serve Elite as the CTO. This includes, but is not limited to, management of general network hardware configuration, cybersecurity policy and procedures, antivirus and spam filters, server management, disaster recovery, power backups, VPN / offsite access, general network security, virtual environments, mobile devices, Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, litigation support database upkeep and incident response and I oversee the management of our colocations hardware infrastructures. As the Director of Forensics, I have implemented all standard operating procedures for data collection and computer forensics investigations. I have been through specialized training in this field and continue to learn through accredited training across the United States. In recent years I have been studying the use of artificial intelligence in eDiscovery and its practical applications through tools that we host and are using to support our clients. I have also worked and started the development of in-house tracking software to help our company stay ahead of billing issues, evidence tracking, and client communications. The tool, called ProjectFront, is in its 3rd revision now and has been invaluable in managing our eDiscovery managed services and document reviews.Specialties: Training in Summation, Concordance, LAW, AccessData's Forensic Toolkit, Viewpoint, Relativity, Everlaw, Cloudnine, Caine, Paladin, Oxygen Forensics, and Cellebrite as well as many other litigation support software and forensics tools.
