Business ConsultantBusiness Solutions Jan 2013 - Jan 2016United StatesProvided lead consulting services related to ground breaking US Oil and Refining Company / Agilyx, Inc. partnership to buy and sell synthetic crude oil manufactured from difficult to recycle mixed waste plastic. This partnership was originally secured by myself while working full-time at Agilyx and became an integral part of the on-going evolution to manufacture transportation fuels from waste plastic. Initially structured an "off-take" agreement for the purchase and sale of synthetic crude oil manufactured using the Agilyx, Inc. conversion technology pilot facility in Tigard, OR. This expand into an agreement to purchase synthetic crude manufactured by a new Waste Management, Inc. facility being constructed in North Portland, OR using the Agilyx Inc. system. With hundreds of thousands of gallons of synthetic crude oil produced by the pilot facility between 2009 and 2013, US Oil and Refining refined the synthetic crude oil into transportation fuels used on the highways and in the air around the Pacific Northwest. To our knowledge this was the first instance within the United States.

Secured the first ever "Off-Take" agreement with a major refinery in the United States to purchase synthetic crude oil manufactured from non-recyclable and low value waste plastics, the Plastic-2-Fuel team was able to demonstrate the existence of an economically viable market to help solve a consistent and difficult to manage waste stream. -
