In my sales role I took ownership of understanding and communicating technical details of Yardi's various solutions through sales demos, sales proposals and marketing collateral development. I took an active role in sales presentations working alongside the account management team to advance sales efforts as well as taking feedback collected from clients back to our Product teams for future improvements. I oversaw all Yardi Energy products including the Pulse Smart Energy Suite (smart thermostats, advanced HVAC controls, fault detection & diagnostics and energy information software) as well as our Utility Expense Management and Utility Billing products. Additionally, I lead presales efforts for our Kube Coworking Platform as well as our Bluepoint Visitor Management System.I was able to achieve 126% of sales goal in 2019, 324% of goal in 2020 and 117% in 2021.

I worked alongside leading Utilities around the world to deploy the Pulse Platform to utility commercial customers. Projects included mail & e-mail based customized energy reports often supplemented with online tools for deeper customer engagement alongside customer support tools to effectively manage and run the program. These projects were the companies first engagements with Small & Medium sized Enterprises. In this role I also spearheaded our vendor relationships with a large scale print vendor to allow us to deliver mail to tens of thousands of Utility customers every month.
