I started my sales and marketing career as a reporter for a triweekly newspaper, based in the Dallas Fort Worth area. After writing a weekly column and covering education, religion, crime and city government for a year. I transitioned into a corporate sales and account management position with AT&T.Seeking adventure and new business experiences. I left AT&T and moved to San Francisco, where I landed an Account Executive position at a company that at that time, had the largest enterprise and consumer email databases in the world, eGroups. My role consisted of flying across the United States pitching digital and email marketing to small, medium and large businesses…as well as every advertising agency that wanted to get into “internet marketing.”I did close to a thousand presentations, about how digital marketing was going to radically change the marketing landscape, forever. My next position was as a Product Marketing Specialist at Yahoo! I spent the next year and a half coordinating with the sales, engineering and GUI departments, in order to build complex digital marketing campaigns for some of the largest companies in the world. It was at this time in my life that I decided I wanted to pursue one of my lifelong passions. So I left the business world, and spent the next 5 years working as a personal trainer. The next phase of my career resulted in working for 5 commercial gyms, while eventually starting two of my very own personal training studios.Traveling the world seemed like the next big adventure. So I started freelance writing at night, after a long day of training clients in the gym. It only took around 6 months and I booked my flight to Vietnam that night...and I’ve been living internationally ever since.I was designing, writing and executing effective digital marketing campaigns for all sorts of B2C & B2B businesses. This included everything from social media campaigns, blog content, landing pages, advertorials...as well as email and webinar copy.Next step was taking my sales and marketing experience, and transition into business development. I started working for a Texas based company called Gorilla. Now I'm finally at home working for one of the most cutting-edge cybersecurity companies in the market. Trinity Cyber was first started in the NSA, where it's patented cybersecurity technology was created. If you have any questions about how Trinity Cyber can help protect you from any and all cyber threats, please feel free to send me a message...and I'll get back to you asap!
