Responsible for handling the day-to-day operations of Niles Campus while developing relationships with area businesses which may result in the recruitment of prospective students.Highlights:- Serve as building administrator for all aspects of maintenance, safety, and security of the Niles Campus.- Work collaboratively with supervisors from appropriate divisions to coordinate staffing.- Develop and implement policies and procedures to affect positive change in order to reach our established performance measures.- Represent the college in the community at various meetings, organizations/clubs, and other business functions.- Management of operations budget and budget development to meet the Niles Campus needs.- Guide Student Service Center staff with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.- Manage communication plan directed at increasing the retention rate of our current student body.
