I've always believed that who we are as individuals is ultimately a reflection of past experiences, which include individuals that have touched our lives, the roles we play outside of work and obviously professional responsibilities. Regarding the latter, a large part of my work experience has been in results oriented positions, typically sales operations, commercial management, developing go-to-market commercial strategies and customer specific commercial programs. In all cases, I consistently demonstrate a strong business acumen along with a proven ability to work across functional organizations, whether it be pricing strategies for new product introduction or meeting customer specific challenges. Other personal character traits include an attention to quality, responsiveness, a passion for winning, leading by example, making quick and informed decisions and acting with integrity.
