I have worked in the real estate industry for my entire career after graduating from Ole Miss in 1992. After working for a few of the industry leaders in the real estate field, I started Certain Management in 2012 to focus on the multi-family real estate industry in Louisiana and Mississippi. My company's focus is customer service, financial management and providing real estate owners with experience to manage their investment.At Certain Management, we provide the full array of property management services (maintenance, leasing and financial reporting) to real estate investment owners of apartment communities. Our other niche is condominium association management where we provide the board of directors and the entire ownership a relief of stress, an elimination of conflict and financial accountability for their association.
