With over 16 years of experience in the health care industry, I am a passionate and results-oriented leader who drives growth and profitability as the Regional Vice President. In this role, I oversee the operations, sales, and financial performance of the Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio markets, managing a budget of over $15 million and a team of over 100 employees. I leverage my skills in presentations, P&L management, and financial performance to communicate effectively with senior executives, stakeholders, and clients, and to deliver exceptional outcomes for the organization. Previously, I worked as an Area Manager and a District Technical Manager at Visionworks of America, where I honed my technical and managerial skills, and contributed to the success of the optical retail business. I am committed to providing quality health care services to the communities I serve, and to fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within my team.
