The role of the Customer Supply Chain Co-ordinator is to manage the group and their drivers in order to provide a superior delivery service to CCA and its customers. This is achieved through contract management and compliance, route maintenance, constant training and improvement, daily direct communication and critique of data and KPI’s, establishing and driving a culture of customer service and efficiency excellence, recruitment and CMD compliance so that the delivery process occurs effectively. The role includes the processing of contractor payments and regional travel to support the regional contractors. The role requires model leadership practices to ensure achievement of the Distribution Business Plan and all Key Performance Indicators, together with regular ongoing communication with all internal customers such as Warehouse Staff, Drivers, all Sales departments, Customers and the CSC management team.

My responsibilities include dispatching loads for Owner/Driver Contractors across the south east and north west Victoria, maintaining on road support and ensuring successful deliveries to customers. Focus's were on load and vehicle optimisation, mass management and route management to ensure KPI's were not only met, but exceeded.

The responsibility in Asset Protection Coordinator role, was to lead the security team to ensure the protection and safety of company personal, equipment and assets. The role was highly engaged in business process, as the asset protection team was the first and last point of contact for the internal and external deliveries and personal access and control. Responsible for handling all of the invoicing and load reports for all deliveries through check in and check out processes. Continuous Improvement and process compliance was critical to maintain the high customer service levels.
