I have a real passion for IT and working with people, I have worked in IT support and training roles for well over 30 years. Operating systems, scripting, networking and virtualisation are just some of the fields that I have worked in. My IT support roles has given me experience with many different computer systems and many different operating systems and software packages.Having an opportunity to enter the IT training industry, I found a real passion for teaching and having students walk away from my courses so much better prepared for their environments. I use my vast experience from my IT support roles to show authenticity, which creates a connection to my students as they understand not only how to drive the technology but also how to apply it within the real world.
