I love to build others up and to work as part of a team to creatively solve problems. I am a strong communicator and very adaptable, skills which I have developed growing up and working abroad in Africa & Asia, and thrive when new challenges are thrown at me.I care about uncovering the special something that each team member has, and making sure they are enabled to bring that to the table – for mutual growth and increased team productivity.I am adaptable in terms of work style, content, and environment. I have lived and worked on three continents in many different settings: from training Burmese medics in the remote mountains of north-eastern Myanmar, to leading corporate team building ropes course activities in Los Angeles, to building desks for my Eagle Scout service project in Kenya, where I spent my K-12 schooling years.My formal education in International Studies and Business has built upon my work and life experiences to strengthen my analytical and problem solving skills, deepening my understanding of the complexity of the business and political challenges that emerge in our increasingly globalized world.I am currently working as the warehouse manager at Clark County Food Bank where I get the unique opportunity to support the community alongside my colleagues by distributing over 6 million pounds of food to food insecure people in Clark County.
