I paired closely with the Art Lead to ensure the team continuously triaged and prioritized work so as to not require intense stints of crunch to close the project. I frequently acted as the Environment Art delegate in "scrum of scrum" roll up meetings with project leadership, representing the status, risks, and mitigations for the team.

As the Unit Manager for the SCRA Special Operations team, I manage a team of six exceedingly talented associates that are responsible for preventing, identifying, and resolving issues pertaining to military accounts.
