Experienced attorney focused on civil and commercial litigation, including fiduciary and oil and gas litigation. Brent has handled a variety of issues for his clients, including oil and gas disputes, collections claims, complex trust/probate/fiduciary litigation, and real estate disputes. The son of an independent bookstore owner, Brent seeks to support entrepreneurs and small business owners by creatively solving problems and helping to maximize the impact that each can make in their community. Brent also serves on the board for Meals on Wheels of Tarrant County, Fortress Youth Development Center, and the Texas Aggie Bar Association. He can also be found coaching youth sports, volunteering at his kids’ schools, reading, or continuing his quest to eat as much great BBQ as possible.
