This includes reservoir simulation, developing lab evaluation programs, designing and implementing pilots, trouble shooting pilots, applying for and managing government grants and commercialization of successful ideas. Lately I have been working on chemical floods (ASP, P, etc), microbial EOR including field piloting, examining the natural gas and water flooding flooding potential in tight, multi stage frac'd oil reservoirs and surfactant, steam additive and solvent opportunities in SAGD operations. I also get approval for and control the budget for the projects I control. I review and have input into contracts for my projects including project agreements, supply agreements, CA's and information sharing agreements. I have participated in several patent applications and have been the primary inventor on three. Over the years I have added over 10 MMSTB of incremental oil reserves using technology or by simply doing things better. Show less
