As President of 68 Ventures, I am responsible for the development and execution of corporate strategy, ongoing business development, and driving growth and efficiency across the 68 Ventures portfolio of companies. In addition, I proactively review new acquisitions, opportunities, and partnerships as well as potential investors which best align with the purpose, values, vision, and strategy of 68 Ventures. Additionally, I provide guidance and leadership to the executive team at 68V as well as the leaders of our individual portfolio companies.

This included leading cross functional and executive teams across the businesses. Partnered with the Founder and CEO of Limitless Innovation to scale the technology startup, position the products within the market, and drive new sales opportunities to the organization. This included seeking new investors, developing partner relationships, and creating visibility within new industry verticals.

Responsible for the strategic financial direction with the firm's largest, most complex Outsourcing and Consulting commercial agreements. This includes deal shaping, client negotiations, capital raises, and leadership across a globally diverse team structure. Aligned to Accenture's Communications, Media, and Technology group, with a focus on Fortune 500 clients. Initiatives within this area focus on Strategy Consulting, Management Consulting, Business Process Outsourcing, Application Development and Outsourcing, and Systems Integration services. In addition, develop new businesses such as joint ventures, alliances, and equity investment transactions, as well as strategic business cases for valuation purposes.

Analyzed strategic company objectives and implemented cross-functional technology projects to streamline operations. Also focused on creating and managing processes within the various organizational groups to help drive optimization and throughput efficiency. Additionally, evaluated and selected the ERP and CRM systems used in portfolio organizations, and helped drive the implementation of those solutions.

This included management and implementation of web-based applications as well as organization of a cross functional team of business and technical project resources.
