After directing back end operations + managing inventory levels at the Fleet Feet Raleigh, Ridgewood Shopping Center location, I moved into the store manager role for the new Fleet Feet Raleigh, Market at Colonnade location in North Raleigh focused on customer sales and acquisition.Roles consist of managing staff workload and scheduling as well as sales floor operations, back inventory levels and organization, and organizing store events for successful marketing and imaging of the Fleet Feet Sports Raleigh brand. All of this done under the caveat that a store business does not succeed without the right people with the top priority in customer service.
